1. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are available within 3 days of receiving the order.

2. Return / Refund Policy

Return or refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

3. Conditions

• Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags).
• The original packaging must be intact.

4. Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, customized pieces or items with altered sizes are not eligible for exchange or return.

5. Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable. A pickup or delivery fee will apply for exchange requests.
